I can't see a recent transaction I've made in my transaction history.

In case of transaction which was done but is not visible in transaction history we need to verify what is the exact issue.


Please contact Customer Happiness Centre via chat on the mobile app or via email at info@aion.be.


In order to forward your case, we need you to provide the exact date, time, amount, last 4 digits of the card and recipient of the transaction.
