How to order a plastic card and when will it be delivered?

To order a plastic card, please follow the steps below:
- Click on the "Finances" section at the bottom of the main screen of the application. 

- Click on the icon of the card you wish to order. 

- Select "Order physical card" option. 

- Confirm or edit your delivery address and click on "Order".

You can choose between standard and express delivery. 

The standard delivery may take up to 10 calendar days and express delivery up to 4 calendar days. Express deliveries to countries other than Belgium might take up more than 4 calendar days.
