In order to manage your money safely, we run several security checks before authorising your transaction. If we decline one of your transactions, there could be a few reasons why:
- You don't have enough money in your account
- You have already exceeded your transaction limits
- The security options are not allowing certain transactions
We will always try to tell you why we've declined a transaction - you can see this information in the transaction details or by checking your notifications while the transaction is processing. Make sure that your notifications are switched on and you have access to the internet.
